Delivery typically takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location, though delays may occur. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships—please wait at least three days before requesting it, as it comes directly from the carrier. For metropolitan areas, here are our estimated delivery times:

  • United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom: 10–15 business days
  • New Zealand, Europe, Asia: 12–17 business days
  • Hong Kong: 4–7 business days
  • Africa, South America, Central America, Middle East: 7–14 business days

All our products are shipped under a contract that transfers the risk of loss to you once we hand the parcel to the carrier you selected at checkout. Ask housemates or neighbors if they accepted it, and peek behind bins, bushes, or pillars where packages might be hidden. If you receive a slip to pick up your parcel at the post office, act quickly—it’ll be returned to us after three days if unclaimed, and you’ll be responsible for re-shipping costs. Once tracking shows “delivered,” Trung Nguyên Tea isn’t liable for replacements or refunds.

Re-Delivery and Delays: Accuracy Matters

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details provided at checkout, any re-delivery costs will fall on you. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with an order number—keep this handy for any inquiries. Unfortunately, we can’t redirect orders to a new address after dispatch.
